Moonshine Brewing Company, the edgy brewery/restaurant otherwise known as the ‘Urban Roadhouse,’ is embracing Spartan nation for the 2012 NCAA season. Moonshine has inked a deal with the Michigan State Alumni Association that makes it the official Wicker Park Bucktown home base for all MSU football and basketball games.Decked out with wall-to-wall high def flat screens (with no obstructed sight lines) and a state-of-the-art sound system, Moonshine is the ideal setting for sports viewing. In addition to an affordable gastro-pub scratch menu, a full-functioning brewery that produces hand-crafted beers, Moonshine also boasts two separate bars, dozens of dining tables and a plush ‘lounge’ area where crazed fanatics can sit back and chill following a big play.By becoming an official partner, Moonshine will feature every single MSU football and basketball game throughout the bar, kicking off with the first football game of the season against Boise State on August 31. Some of the exclusive game day specials include: stadium cups filled with Coors Light or a discounted featured Moonshine beer to quench your thirst as well as rotating brunch specials and half price wings to fill your bellies.
